Refund policy

This website is operated by Economic & Financial Freedom Limited (“E&FFL”, “we”, “us” and like terms). By accessing and browsing this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

We may amend these Terms of Use from time to time, so you should read these Terms regularly.

In addition, when using services offered through this website, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. All such guidelines and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use, and may be amended by us from time to time.  

Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refund Policies.   

Any rescheduling of the appointment is subject to the availability. 

If the booked appointment is cancelled by E&FFL or cannot be rescheduled because of E&FFL, E&FFL will give full refund.  

The cancellation 24 hours before the starting time of the scheduled appointment is eligible for full refund. 

Any cancellation within 24 hours before and after the starting time of the scheduled appointment will be no refund. 

Example:  For a scheduled appointment at 9am 24 September 2020, the cancellation before (including) 8:59am 23 September is eligible for full refund.  Any cancellation after (including) 9am 23 September will be no refund.
